“I have been coming to Jazzercise Westchase for 2 years,” said member Vicky Page. “I am a volleyball coach and the high energy classes help me keep and improve my coordination and keep me young. It is a great workout with great music that keeps it fun.”

GirlForce: Jazzercise is committed to helping ladies of all ages stay fit and discover the joy of Jazzercise. This year through their GirlForce program girls 16 – 21 years old are able to join for just $25 per month. Fugit also says that Jazzercise has done workshops and classes for young girls in elementary and middle school through Girl Scouts and other programs. And, this year, as part of their ongoing GirlForce initiative, they are planning to offer free classes on a monthly basis throughout the community.
