With stunning views of TPC Tampa Bay’s masterful design, ¡CUATRO is open to the public and even provides catered events. It’s really three venues in one with the full service bar and high-top tables, the dining area, and the banquet room. 

Executive Chef Ben Clark says, “The surrounding close-knit community has really embraced our presence here and supported us. In return we have done everything to embrace the community around us and provide the best possible service. Our staff is wonderful! From the front-of-house service staff to the back-of-house kitchen staff, I’ve never seen a group more dedicated to their craft.”

Chef Ben has ingrained in his staff a mindset that meets his own – his philosophy for creating masterful food aligns with what his father taught him as a kid. “My dad always taught me to do what I love and put passion into my work. I teach my staff that putting love and effort into each dish makes all the difference. Training a staff that is able to retain that mindset is a big accomplishment and I am proud of our back-of-house and front-of-house teams. They really care about the food and people have began to notice the consistency and hard work that goes into making and serving each dish.”

The kitchen team at ¡CUATRO goes above-and-beyond when it comes to cooking, plating and serving food. They smoke their own brisket for chili, brine their corned beef, cure their own bacon, smoke all their BBQ, make all soups and dressings from scratch in-house and even make their own line of cheeses, which include queso fresco, ricotta and mozzarella cheese!

When your chef takes four days to turn pork belly into bacon in his very own in-house smoker, you know the quality is stellar! Chef Ben’s menu is his life’s work, and as his father taught him, he puts passion and love into each dish that comes out of ¡CUATRO’s kitchen, so guests always receive the best.

Chef Ben has updated the banquet menu for large events held at TPC Tampa Bay and for catering. He says, “Our banquet menu is phenomenal and 99% of the time, I work one-on-one with our customers to customize the banquet menu selection to their liking. When someone calls about a banquet or private dinner, I tell them they can get ideas off the website, but I work with them through email to come to a finalization that they really love and that suits their tastes.”

Members and the public can reserve the full-service banquet room for golf related events, silent/live auctions, lunches, dinners, wedding showers, baby showers, bar mitzvahs – you name it!

Dedicated to Bringing Fresh New Tastes to the Culinary Scene!

Chef Ben shares, “I love opening the eyes to our guests to try new experiences. One of the reasons I really fell in love with the culinary experience of eating and cooking is that it gives people the opportunity to do something different and try something they’ve never done before. The only limits are the ones placed on yourself!”

The ¡CUATRO team began pairing up with local breweries last summer to create a new type of dining experience and help to expose the community to some local craft breweries that they may not try otherwise. “We wanted to bring the community of brewers and tasters together, while incorporating our food to be paired with elect beers,” says Chef Ben. “The most important part is opening people’s eyes to trying new things, tasting something they may not have opted for before and help raise awareness of our restaurant and all the awesome local breweries in the area.”

Last summer ¡CUATRO paired up with Cigar City out of Tampa, Green Bench out of St. Pete, and Big Storm out of Clearwater.

For each dinner and beer pairing event, Chef Ben and his team used the beer being featured from each brewery in the ingredients to make each menu item for the night. From Oatmeal Stout glazes to craft beer marinated steak toppings, the dinner and beer pairings were a hit, so they’re bringing it back this summer!

August 25 will feature Angry Chair Brewing of Tampa, FL

Big Storm Brewing and ¡CUATRO’s Beer Tasting Night was such a success that they will be collaborating once again at the Publix Apron’s Cooking School in Citrus Park on July 22nd.

Chef Ben will be sharing his expertise on creating great dishes with craft beers.

The menu will feature:  Big Storm Tropic Pressure Florida Ale “Fish and Chips” (Battered Red Grouper, Sweet Potato, Cholula Honey Mustard, and Pickled Red Onion); Big Storm Wavemaker Amber Ale Caprese (Stewed Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, White Balsamic Syrup); Big Storm Helicity Lager Pilsner Bone-In Pork Chop (Brown Sugar Beer Brine, Collard Greens, Roasted Mushroom Quinoa); Big Storm Oats in-Hose Churros with Chocolate Dulce de Leche Cinnamon Sugar, Oat-in-Hose Hand Churned Ice Cream.
